Choosing a wedding venue is one of the toughest and most important decisions you will make for your wedding. We aim to make Mountain House Estate the clearest choice with upfront pricing and no hidden fees.
Our property’s natural, built-in beauty and luxurious inclusions stretch your wedding budget further than other venues.
Venue, tables, chairs, decor, and more.
Our packages include 1-1/2 hours for prep in the Juliet (2:30-4:00), 6 hours for your event and 2 hours for cleanup. Event time is from 4 PM – 10 PM. Your vendors may come in earlier to prepare the Estate for your celebration.
Up to 50 Guests:
This package is available every day but Saturday year ‘round. Also available on Saturdays within 4-months.
2024 – $5,500 2025 – $6,000
Up to 125 Guests:
Saturday: 2024 – $8,500, 2025 – $9,500
Friday or Sunday: 2024 – $7,500, 2025 – $8,500
Monday thru Thursday: 2024 – $6,500, 2025 – $7,500
Up to 150 Guests:
Saturday: 2024 – $9,500, 2025 – $10,500
Friday or Sunday: 2024 – $8,500, 2025 – $9,500
Monday thru Thursday: 2024 – $7,500, 2025 – $8,500
Up to 200 Guests:
Saturday: 2024 – $10,500, 2025 – $11,500
Friday or Sunday: 2024 – $9,500, 2025 – $10,500

Please note that the price is not per person, it is for the venue rental and other inclusions.
Add Ons
The Oasis and The Hangout luxury prep spaces. The Oasis (and Juliet) open at 10 am, and the Hangout opens at 1 pm. The event time is from 4 pm to 10 pm: $2,000
Extra Hours: 4 hours max: 1 hour = $1,500. 2 hours = $3,500. Ask for information if you wish to extend past midnight.
Extra prep time before the event: $700 per hour
